摘　　要：目的通过新媒体特性及烟台毓璜顶医院职工阅读情况调研,探索阅读推广服务新思路和新方法。方法本研究选取2021年4—6月山东省烟台毓璜顶医院全体医务工作人员作为调查对象,采用文献调研定制《新媒体服务形式调查表》,根据问卷调查分析结果,开展医院图书馆的阅读推广服务,同时开展满意度调查。结果新媒体阅读已经成为医院图书馆读者的主要阅读方式,撰写论文、提升专业知识是医院图书馆读者的主要阅读目的,读者经常使用的阅读载体中,比例最高的是选择使用手机阅读。结论新媒体逐渐成为医务工作者获取信息的主要手段。医院图书馆应该采用新媒体技术,优化图书馆馆藏,加大阅读推广宣传力度,制订个性化阅读方案,满足不同类型读者的阅读需求。Objective To explore new ideas and methods for reading promotion services through the characteristics of new media and the research on the reading situation of employees in Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital.Methods This study selected all medical staff of Yuhuangding Hospital in Yantai,Shandong Province from April 2021 to June 2021 as the survey subjects.The"New Media Service Form Questionnaire"was customized by literature research,and according to the results of the questionnaire survey,the reading promotion service of the hospital library was carried out,and the satisfaction survey was carried out at the same time.Results New media reading had become the main way of reading for hospital library readers.Writing papers and improving professional knowledge were the main reading purposes of hospital library readers.Among the reading carriers frequently used by readers,the highest proportion was choosing to use mobile phones to read.Conclusion New media has gradually become the main means for medical workers to obtain information.Hospital libraries should adopt new media technology,optimize library collections,increase reading promotion and publicity,and formulate personalized reading plans to meet the reading needs of different types of readers.
