摘 要:目的分析医院消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生的危险因素及预防措施。方法回顾性收集2018年6月—2021年6月本市4家二级及以上医院消毒供应中心46名发生过锐器伤的工作人员相关资料,统计所有人员3年内锐器伤发生总次数及其单因素,采用多因素Logistic回归分析医院消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生的危险因素。结果共调查锐器伤工作人员46名,所有工作人员3年内累计发生锐器伤139次。单因素分析结果显示,有无职业安全知识渠道、发生锐器伤后是否上报、是否认为锐器伤不可避免、工作环境是否嘈杂、医院有无防护措施、是否接受职业防护教育及锐器伤相关知识、行为得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,有职业安全知识渠道、发生锐器伤后上报、医院有防护措施、接受职业防护教育均为医院消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生的保护因素(OR=0.079、0.150、0.227、0.168,P<0.05);工作环境嘈杂、锐器伤相关知识得分<10分、锐器伤相关行为得分<36分均为医院消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生的独立危险因素(OR=4.319、2.447、2.472,P<0.05)。结论医院消毒供应中心工作人员锐器伤发生的独立危险因素包括作环境嘈杂、锐器伤相关知识得分<10分、锐器伤相关行为得分<36分,保护因素为有职业安全知识渠道、发生锐器伤后上报、医院有防护措施、接受职业防护教育,医院可针对上述因素对消毒供应中心工作人员进行相关培训、教育,改进医院环境等,降低工作人员锐器伤发生的风险。Objective To analyze the risk factors and preventive measures of sharps injury among staff in hospital disinfection supply center.Methods From June 2018 to June 2021,the relevant data of 46 staff members who experienced sharps injuries in the disinfection supply centers of 4 second-level and above hospitals in this city were retrospectively collected.The total number of sharps injuries and its single factor in all personnel within 3 years were counted.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of sharps injury among staff in hospital disinfection supply center.Results A total of 46 sharps injuries were investigated,and 139 sharps injuries occurred in all staff in three years.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were occupational safety knowledge channels,whether sharps injuries were reported,whether sharps injuries were considered inevitable,whether the working environment was noisy,whether the hospital had protective measures, whether they received occupational protection education, and whether sharps injuries were related. The knowledge and behavior scores was compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that having occupational safety knowledge channels, reporting sharps injuries, taking protective measures in the hospital, and receiving occupational protection education were all protective factors for sharps injuries among staff in the hospital disinfection supply center(OR=0.079, 0.150, 0.227, 0.168, P<0.05). Noisy working environment, sharps injury-related knowledge score <10 points, and sharps injury-related behavior score <36 points were all independent risk factors for sharps injury in hospital disinfection supply center staff(OR=4.319, 2.447, 2.472, P<0.05).
