摘  要:针对截顶辅助型超聚能装药结构设计及应用问题,建立了截顶辅助型超聚能射流成形微元法理论模型;综合考虑药型罩、炸药、壳体、炸高等因素关键参数,建立了超聚能射流成形特性主控参量量纲一分析模型;通过正交优化方法,揭示了辅助药型罩厚度、辅助药型罩边缘凸出长度、截顶药型罩壁厚、锥角以及炸高对超聚能射流有效射流长度和头部速度的影响规律,获得了5个关键因素影响的主次关系.To meet the purpose of design and application of trunconical hypercumulation shaped charge structure, a theoretical model describing the formation of hypercumulation jet was established. By comprehensively considering key parameters such as liner, explosive, shell and stand-off, a dimensionless theoretical model of the main parameters affecting the forming characteristics of hypercumulation jet was proposed. By means of orthogonal design and numerical simulation, effects of liner cone angle, liner thickness, additional body thickness, additional body edge projection length and stand-off on the main indexes of jet were studied, and the primary and secondary relationship of the five key factors were obtained.
