摘 要:制革厂废水铬污染治理是维护当地生态系统平衡的重要途径,为获取更加有效的制革厂废水铬污染治理方案,对基于固化稳定化技术的制革厂废水铬污染治理方案进行研究。选定石灰稳定剂、粉煤灰稳定剂以及煤渣稳定剂作为研究变量,通过单因素试验与多因素正交试验两种方式,确定最佳治理方案。经过多轮试验,得到最终治理方案。实验结果表明:石灰稳定剂0.15 g;粉煤灰稳定剂0.06 g;煤渣稳定剂添加量0.15 g;养护天数为9天。使用上述治理方案可有效提升制革厂废水铬离子的去除率,保证制革厂废水符合国家排放标准。The treatment of chromium pollution in tannery wastewater is an important way to maintain the balance of the local ecosystem. In order to obtain a more effective treatment plan for chromium pollution in tannery wastewater, the treatment plan for chromium pollution in tannery wastewater based on solidification and stabilization technology was studied. Lime stabilizer, fly ash stabilizer and cinder stabilizer are selected as research variables, and the best treatment plan is determined by single factor test and multi-factor orthogonal test. After several rounds of testing, the final governance plan was obtained. The experimental results show that when the lime stabilizer is 0.15 g, fly ash stabilizer 0.06 g;cinder stabilizer addition 0.15 g, the curing days is 9 days. The use of the above treatment scheme can effectively improve the removal rate of chromium ions from tannery wastewater, and ensure that tannery wastewater meets national discharge standards.
