制革废料的低NOx解耦燃烧与灰渣脱铬研究

摘  要:以制革污泥、蓝湿皮、磨革粉三种制革废料的混合物料为实验原料,在自制35 kW解耦燃烧炉中开展解耦燃烧实验,探究混合物配比和含水率对NO排放浓度的影响,同时对燃烬后的灰渣进行脱铬处理,探究不同浸提温度和浸提剂对重金属铬的去除率和化学形态的影响。研究结果表明:当制革污泥、磨革粉和蓝湿皮的掺杂比例为2:1:1时,炉膛温度较高,NO和CO的排放量较低,N转化率较低,C转化率较高,污泥掺杂比例上升会导致炉膛温度降低,CO排放浓度升高,物料含水率较高时N转化率略有降低,但CO排放量明显上升,C转化率降低,因此燃烧过程应尽量保持物料干燥。浸提剂对Cr的去除率与温度呈正相关,碱性溶液对铬的去除率与氧化性有关,草酸溶液的Cr去除率最高,可达到82.4%。The combustion experiments were carried out in a thermogravimetric analyzer and a 35 kW decoupled combustion furnace using a mixture of three tannery wastes,tannery sludge,blue wet leather and milled leather powder as experimental raw materials to investigate the combustion characteristics and NO emission characteristics of the mixtures with different ratios,while the ash was treated with acid solution to remove chromium and analyze the removal rate and chemical form of chromium.The results showed that when the doping ratio of tanning sludge,ground leather powder and blue wet leather was 2:1:1,the combustion characteristics were better,the furnace chamber temperature was higher,the combustion was more adequate and the N conversion rate was lower.In addition,the removal rate of Cr by leaching agent was positively correlated with temperature,the removal rate of Cr by alkaline solution was related to oxidation,the highest removal rate of Cr by oxalic acid solution could reach 82.4%,and the acid solution was beneficial to the stability of the remaining Cr and reduce the toxicity of ash sludge.
