摘 要:为了解水泥窑窑尾废气污染物排放特性和协同处置污水处理厂污泥对窑尾废气污染物排放的影响,利用便携式非分散红外吸收烟气分析仪、可过滤和可凝结颗粒物采样器等监测设备,开展窑尾废气排放监测,通过样品分析得到了不同窑尾废气污染物排放浓度。结果表明:普通水泥窑和协同处置污泥的水泥窑窑尾废气NO_(x)排放浓度均较高,协同处置污泥的窑尾废气CO、NH_(3)、CPM排放浓度高于未协同处置污泥的水泥窑,且存在FPM、NH_(3)浓度超标问题;窑尾废气中水溶性离子主要有NH^(+)_(4)、SO^(2-)_(4)、Ca^(2+)、Cl^(-)、Na^(+)、K^(+)和Mg^(2+),金属元素主要有Al、Fe、Ti、Ba、Mn、Cu、Sr、Zn等。In order to understand the emission characteristics of kiln tail gas pollutants from cement kilns and the impact of co-processing sewage treatment plant sludge on kiln tail gas emissions,this study used monitoring equipment such as portable non-dispersive infrared absorption flue gas analyzers,filterable and condensable particulate matter samplers,etc.It carried out monitoring of kiln tail gas pollutant emissions,through sample analysis,the emission concentrations of different kiln tail gas pollutants were obtained.The results show that the NO_(x) emission concentration of waste gas from ordinary cement kilns and cement kilns with collaborative sludge disposal is high,the emission concentrations of CO,NH_(3) and CPM in the kiln tail gas with co-processing sludge are higher than those of the cement kiln without co-processing sludge,and the concentrations of FPM and NH_(3) exceed the standard.Water soluble ions in kiln tail gas mainly include NH^(+)_(4),SO^(2-)_(4),Ca^(2+),Cl^(-),Na^(+),K^(+)and Mg^(2+),and the metal elements are mainly Al,Fe,Ti,Ba,Mn,Cu,Sr,Zn,etc.
