摘 要:在标准索氏提取气相色谱质谱法的基础上,采用快速索氏提取/GC-MS法测定土壤中11种半挥发性有机物,研究了土壤粒径、石英砂粒径和用量、索式提取时间对11种半挥发有机物提取效果的影响。结果表明:土壤细磨后经80目土壤筛筛滤,等比例加入相同粒径的石英砂,索式提取3小时,11种半挥发性有机物加标回收率范围为79.8%~94.2%。分别采用标准索式提取及快速索式提取分析实际样品,检测结果标准偏差范围为:2.1%~8.8%。对《土壤和沉积物半挥发性有机物的测定气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ 834-2017)检测方法的补充,解决了标准检测方法索式提取时间长效率低的问题。Based on standard Soxhlet extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, this paper studied the effects of soil particle size, quartz sand particle size and dosage, and Soxhlet extraction time on the extraction of 11 semi volatile organic compounds. The results showed that recovery rate of 11 semi volatile organic compounds ranged from 79.8% to 94.2% with extract for 3 hours, which the soil was filtered through 80 mesh soil sieve after fine grinding. The same proportion of quartz sand was added with the same particle size. The actual samples were analyzed by conventional extraction and rapid extraction respectively, the standard deviation range of test results is 2.1% ~ 8.8%. This study is a supplement to the detection method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of semi volatile organic compounds in soil and sediment(HJ 834-2017), which that solves the problem of long time and low efficiency of extraction in standard detection methods.
