摘　　要：本文探讨和分析了国内外IPTV和OTT业务的发展情况和技术手段,为我国运营商开展卫星视频分发业务提出了相关参考建议,以助力国内卫星网络和服务升级。This paper discusses and analyzes the development and technical means of IPTV and OTT services at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions for Chinese operators to carry out satellite video distribution business,so as to help upgrade domestic satellite networks and services.
