省级广播电视广告与节目内容监测平台设计

摘　　要：本文对省级广播电视监测中心的广告与节目内容监测平台系统设计思路和结构进行详细介绍,分析如何利用音视频、有害内容识别等智能处理技术,提高广播电视的广告与节目内容监测质量和评议能力,为广播电视广告行业和节目内容监测行业质量健康发展起到一定推动作用。This paper introduces in detail the design idea and structure of the advertising and program content monitoring platform system of the provincial radio and television monitoring center,and how to use intelligent processing technologies such as audio and video,harmful content identification,etc.to improve the monitoring quality and evaluation ability of radio and television advertising and program content,so as to promote the healthy development of the quality of radio and television advertising industry and program content monitoring industry.
