东张水库夏季浮游植物特征与健康评价

摘　　要：分别于2020和2021年夏季(7-8月)对福建省东张水库的进口、库心和出口3个断面进行水样采集.结果显示,东张水库的浮游植物主要由蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻组成,其中蓝藻门为优势类群.东张水库2020年夏季浮游植物的密度在1.26×10^(7)~4.75×10^(7)L^(-1),共检出浮游植物6门28属;2021年夏季浮游植物的密度在2.06×10^(7)~5.45×10^(7)L,共检出浮游植物5门19属.用浮游植物群落特征指数对东张水库进行了综合评价,东张水库整体处于中度污染状态.浮游植物密度受多种环境因子的影响.Spearman相关性分析显示:浮游植物总密度与总磷浓度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与总氮浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.05).应用浮游植物完整性指数(phytoplanktonic index of biotic integrity,P-IBI)评价东张水库健康状况,结果显示,2020年夏季东张水库的健康状况为一般;2021年夏季东张水库的健康状况为较差.We collected water samples from the inlet,outlet,and center of the Dongzhang Reservoir in Fujian Province in summer(July-August)in 2020 and 2021,respectively.The results showed that the phytoplankton of Dongzhang Reservoir were mainly composed of cyanobacteria,chlorophyta and diatom,among which cyanobacteria was the dominant group.In the summer of 2020,the phytoplankton density was 1.26×10^(7)~4.75×10^(7)L^(-1)and a total of 28 genera in 6 phyla were detected in Dongzhang Reservoir.The phytoplankton density was 2.06×10^(7)~5.45×10^(7)L^(-1)and a total of 19 genera and 5 phyla were detected from July to August in 2021.A comprehensive assessment of the Dongzhang Reservoir water quality was carried out based on phytoplankton community characteristic index,which indicated a moderate-pollution state.Phytoplankton density was affected by various environmental factors.The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the total phytoplankton density was positively correlated with total phosphorus concentration(P<0.01)and total nitrogen concentration(P<0.05).The results of ecosystem health assessment based on the phytoplanktonic index of biotic integrity(P-IBI)showed that the health status of Dongzhang Reservoir was average in the summer of 2020,but the health status was poor in 2021 from July to August.
