摘  要:应用沉积物磷的标准测试程序(SMT)法对东张水库库区消落带土壤与沉积物的各形态磷进行测定,分析其分布特征.结果表明,消落带土壤中总磷(TP)含量在46.3~357.9 mg·kg^(-1),沉积物中TP含量在184.5~1348.8 mg·kg^(-1),沉积物TP含量平均值显著高于消落带样品TP含量平均值.消落带土壤与沉积物各种形态磷表现出不同的分布特点:沉积物中无机结合态磷(Fe/Al-P)占TP质量分数42.7%,明显高于消落带土壤无机结合态磷占比17.4%;而消落带土壤中有机磷(OP)占TP质量分数58.4%,远高于沉积物占比28.4%,消落带土壤与沉积物的OP和Fe/Al-P在TP中的含量均大于70.0%.相关分析结果显示,消落带土壤和沉积物中总有机碳(TOC)含量与各形态磷之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),有机质(OM)含量与无机磷(IP)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).The fractionation of phosphorus in the sediment and soil of the water-level-fluctuation zone of the Dongzhang Reservoir was established by means of the standards,measurements and testing(SMT)programme.Our study results highlighted that the total phosphorus(TP)content in the soil and sediment of the fluctuation zone ranged from 46.3 to 357.9 mg·kg^(-1) and 184.5 to 1348.8 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The average TP content in the sediment was significantly higher than that of the fluctuation zone samples.In the sediment and soil of the fluctuation zone,the distribution characteristics of various phosphorus forms were different:the proportion of inorganic bound phosphorus(Fe/Al-P)to TP in the sediment was 42.7%,which was higher than that in the soil of the fluctuation zone(17.4%),while the ratio of organic phosphorus(OP)to TP in the fluctuation zone soil was 58.4%,which was much higher than that in the sediment(28.4%).The ratio of OP and Fe/Al-P to TP in the soil and sediment of the fluctuation zone was both above 70.0%.Correlation analysis results showed that the total organic carbon(TOC)content in the soil and sediment of the fluctuation zone had a significant positive correlation with all the phosphorus forms(P<0.01),and the organic matter(OM)content had a significant positive correlation with IP(P<0.01).
