摘 要:以2年生刨花楠实生苗为对象,通过设置不同的遮阴与氮添加复合处理试验,分析光照强度和氮添加对刨花楠苗木生长与叶性状关系的影响.结果表明:(1)遮阴、施氮及其交互作用显著促进了刨花楠苗木的生长,且在遮阴与施氮复合处理时长势最好;(2)施氮显著提高了刨花楠苗木的叶干物质含量和叶厚,降低了比叶面积,遮阴会显著增加其叶面积与叶片N/P,遮阴与施氮复合处理会显著提高其叶面积和叶片N/P,并显著降低叶片P含量;(3)遮阴和施氮会影响刨花楠苗木的相对生长速率与叶性状间关系.刨花楠苗木叶性状对光照变化较为敏感,而生物量分配则对有效性养分变化较为敏感,适度遮阴与施氮有利于刨花楠苗木生长.The effects of light intensity and nitrogen addition on the relationship between growth and leaf traits were analysed by setting up different shading and nitrogen addition treatments on 2-year-old live M.pauhoi seedlings.The results showed that(1)Shading,N application and their interaction significantly enhanced the growth of the seedlings,and the best growth was achieved in the combination of shade and N application;(2)Nitrogen addition significantly increased LDMC(leaf dry matter content)and LT(leaf thickness)and reduced SLA(specific leaf area),shading significantly increased LA(leaf area)and leaf N/P,while and the combination of shading and N application significantly increased LA and leaf N/P and significantly reduced leaf P content;(3)Shading and N application affected the relationship between the relative growth rate and leaf traits of M.pauhoi seedlings.The leaf traits of M.pauhoi seedlings are more sensitive to changes in light,while biomass allocation is more sensitive to changes in effective nutrients.Moderate shading and nitrogen addition are beneficial to M.pauhoi seedling growth.
