“双循环”新发展格局下体育产业高质量发展的阻滞困境与畅通路径

摘　　要：基于我国“双循环经济发展战略”的背景,讨论了我国在构建以内循环为主体的体育产业高质量发展中存在的区域发展不均衡、有效供需错位、产业结构不合理,以及创新驱动与消费能力较低等方面的问题.鉴于此,应通过实施区域发展战略,缩小区域、城乡间经济发展水平差距,促进体育产业的区域协调发展;调整供需错位与产业链的全面升级,推进以创新驱动为主的发展战略;优化阻滞体育产业发展的产值结构、就业结构、需求结构与供给结构;持续提高居民收入水平及体育消费意愿;深化乡村振兴略与体育扶贫相结合,消除抑制居民消费的需求,释放我国巨大的体育市场空间.最后提出构建以内循环为主体的“双循环”新格局下体育产业高质量发展路径.Based on the background of China’s“Dual Circulation Economy Development Strategy”,this paper discusses the problems of regional development imbalance,dislocation of effective supply and demand,unseasonable industrial structure,and low innovation drive and low consumption capacity in the high-quality development of the sports industry largely depending on the internal circulation.In view of this,through the implementation of the regional development strategy,it should narrow the gap in economic development levels between regions and between urban and rural areas for a coordinated development of the sports industry;adjust the misalignment between supply and demand and comprehensively upgrade the industrial chain through the innovation-driven development strategy;optimize the output value structure,employment structure,demand structure and supply structure that hinder the development of the sports industry;continue to improve the income level of residents and the sports consumption awareness;combine the strategies of rural revitalization and sports poverty alleviation to eliminate the demand that inhibits residents’consumption and to open up China’s huge sports market.Finally,it proposes a high-quality development path for the sports industry under the new pattern of“dual circulation”largely depending on the internal circulation.
