摘 要:试验旨在研究复方中草药添加剂对生茸期梅花鹿直肠菌群多样性的影响。选取3岁龄、体重(74.79±0.78)kg、健康雄性梅花鹿12头,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头。对照组(SC组)梅花鹿饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(ST组)在基础饲粮中添加10 g/(头·d)的复方中草药添加剂。预试期7 d,正式试验期7 w。结果显示:与SC组相比,ST组生茸期梅花鹿直肠内容物菌群α-多样性差异不显著(P>0.05),鹿直肠内容物Monoglobus相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。主坐标分析结果显示,添加复方中草药添加剂对生茸期梅花鹿直肠内容物细菌组成无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,添加复方中草药添加剂对生茸期梅花鹿直肠细菌组成无明显影响,但直肠内容物中Monoglobus的相对丰度明显提高,生茸期梅花鹿消化纤维的能力明显增强。The experiment was to study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on diversity of rectal flora of sika deer during antler growth period.A total of 12 healthy male sika deer three-year-old with weight(74.79±0.78)kg were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with six replicates in each group and one deer in each replicate.The deer in control group(SC group)were fed with basal diet,and test group(ST group)was supplemented with 10 g/(head·d)of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives in basal diet.The pre-experimental period lasted for7 d,and formal trial lasted for 7 w.The results showed that compared with SC group,there was no significant difference inα-diversity of microbiota in rectal content of sika deer at velvet stage in ST group(P>0.05),but the relative abundance of Monoglobus in rectal content of sika deer was significantly increased(P<0.05).Principal coordinate analysis showed that dietary compound Chinese herbal medicine additives had no significant effect on bacteria composition in rectum content of sika deer(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that the addition of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive has no obvious effect on bacterial composition of rectum of sika deer at antler stage,but the relative abundance of Monoglobus in rectal content is significantly increased,and the ability of fiber digestion of sika deer at raw velvet stage is significantly enhanced.
