不同饲料品种对小尾寒羊生长发育的灰色关联度分析

摘  要:试验旨在分析不同饲料对小尾寒羊生长发育、营养吸收及增重效果的影响。选取96只4月龄的健康小尾寒羊,随机分为6组,每组16个重复,每个重复1只羊。A1组羊饲喂干饲料,A2组羊饲喂青饲料,A3组羊饲喂粗饲料,B1组羊饲喂精饲料,B2组羊饲喂发酵饲料,B3组羊饲喂颗粒饲料,其他环境条件均相同。预试期15 d,正式试验期180 d。利用灰色关联度分析法评价小尾寒羊生长因子,分析各项营养物质当量因子对生长因子的影响程度。结果显示:不同饲料对小尾寒羊的生长发育存在较大区别,B1组、B3组小尾寒羊具有较高的集中度,即营养物质转化率较高,A2组、B2组次之,A1组、A3组较低,6个试验组的离散度均较低。验证结果显示,传统试验方法和专家评估方法结果一致。研究表明,与原料和粗加工饲料相比,深加工饲料更利于机体对营养物质的吸收,科学养殖、重视饲料加工可最大限度地发挥饲料的营养优势。The experiment was to analyze the effect of different feeds on the growth and development,nutrient absorption and weight gain of small-tailed Han sheep.A total of 96 four-month-old healthy small-tailed Han sheep were selected and randomly divided into six groups,with 16 replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate,sheep in group A1were fed with dry feed,sheep in group A2 were fed with green feed,sheep in group A3 were fed with roughage,sheep in group B1 were fed with concentrated feed,sheep in group B2 were fed with fermented feed,and sheep in group B3 were fed with pelleted feed,other environmental conditions were the same.The pre-trial period was 15 d,and formal test period was 180 d.Grey correlation analysis was used to evaluate the growth factors of small-tail Han sheep,to analyze the influence degree of each nutrient equivalent factor on growth factors.The results showed that there were great differences in growth and development of small-tailed Han sheep with different feeds,sheep in group B1 and group B3 had higher concentration,the nutrient conversion rate was higher,group A2 and group B2 were the next,group A1 and group A3were lower,the dispersion of six test groups was low.The verification results showed that the results of traditional test method and the expert evaluation method were consistent.The study indicates compared with raw and rough-processed feeds,deep-processed feeds are more conducive to body’s absorption of nutrients.Scientific breeding and emphasis on feed processing can maximize the nutritional advantages of feed.
