乡村振兴背景下皖苏农业投入产出比较研究

摘　　要：通过对比皖苏两省农业投入和产出数据,发现安徽省在基础投入和人力投入上高于江苏省;在动力投入上,两省有各自的优势;在药力投入上两省未有明显差异,但在产出上,江苏省明显高于安徽省。基于此,通过运用C-D生产函数,构建多元线性回归模型分别研究了皖苏两省农业投入产出效应。结果表明,农作物总播种面积和农业机械总动力均对皖苏两省农业产出有正向影响;乡村从业人员数与安徽省农业产出成负相关,农村用电量与江苏省农业产出成正相关。因此,在农业发展过程中安徽省可以江苏省为示范,逐步转移农村剩余劳动力,提高农业生产用电量,从而推进农业农村现代化建设。By comparing the agricultural input and output data of Anhui and Jiangsu provinces,it is found that Anhui Province is higher than Jiangsu Province in basic input and human input,the two provinces have their own advantages in power input,and there is no significant difference in drug input,but Jiangsu Province is significantly higher than Anhui Province in output.Based on this,this paper uses C-D production function to construct multiple linear regression model to study the agricultural input-output effect of Anhui and Jiangsu provinces.The results showed that the total sown area of crops and the total power of agricultural machinery had a positive impact on the agricultural output of Anhui and Jiangsu provinces;The number of rural employees is negatively correlated with the agricultural output of Anhui Province,and the rural power consumption is positively correlated with the agricultural output of Jiangsu Province.Therefore,in the process of agricultural development,Anhui Province can take Jiangsu Province as an example to gradually transfer the rural surplus labor force and improve the power consumption of agricultural production,so as to promote the construction of agricultural and rural modernization.
