摘　　要：群众体育事业是我国社会主义体育事业的重要组成部分,是“以人民为中心”全民健身理念的生动实践。中国共产党领导的群众体育事业经历初步探索、蓬勃展开、深入推进和提升革新的百年发展,取得了显著成效,为党领导群众体育事业的发展积累了宝贵经验。新时代,中国共产党要继续汲取历史智慧,坚持党对群众体育事业的全面领导和“以人民为中心”的价值立场,积极构建群众体育事业发展的制度体系,赓续群众体育事业的高质量发展,勾勒群众体育事业长期发展的战略规划与美好蓝图。Mass sports is an important part of my country’s socialist sports,and it is a vivid practice of the people-centered concept of national fitness.The mass sports under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has gone through a century of development of preliminary exploration,vigorous development,in-depth promotion and innovation,and has achieved remarkable results,accumulating valuable experience for the development of mass sports under the leadership of the party.In the new era,the Communist Party of China must continue to draw on historical wisdom,adhere to the party's overall leadership over mass sports and its“people-centered”value stance,actively build an institutional system for the development of mass sports,and continue the high-quality development of mass sports.As a result,it can outline the strategic plan and blueprint for the long-term development of mass sports.
