摘 要:为明确NaCl三元复合驱采出液性质变化及其对现有处理工艺的适应性,采用室内实验的方法测试了采出液性质并对其分离特性、电脱水特性进行评价,同时按照“油气分离器+游离水脱除器+电脱水器”“序批沉降+两级过滤”的油水处理工艺流程进行了现场试验,考察设备结构与工艺对NaCl三元复合驱采出液和采出水处理的适应性。结果表明:55℃下电脱水1 h后,脱后油中含水率0.11%;不加破乳剂的条件下,脱后水中含油量很难达到一段脱水指标;采出水处理后水中含油稳定达标,悬浮固体基本达标。对于NaCl三元复合驱采出液,“油气分离器+游离水脱除器+电脱水器”油处理工艺需配合高效破乳剂使用,“序批沉降+两级过滤”水处理工艺基本可以满足NaCl三元复合驱采出水处理需求,研究结果可为NaCl三元复合驱的推广应用提供技术支持。In order to clarify the changes of the properties of the produced fluid of NaCl ASP flooding and its adaptability to the existing treatment process,the properties of the produced fluid are tested by indoor experiment,and its separation characteristics,and electric dehydration characteristics are evalu-ated.At the same time,in order to investigate the adaptability of equipment structure and process to the treatment of produced liquid and produced water of NaCl ASP flooding,field tests are carried out ac-cording to the oil and water treatment process flow of"oil-gas separator+free water remover+electric dehydrator"and"sequential batch sedimentation+two-stage filtration".The results show that the water content in the oil after electric dehydration at 55℃for 1 hour is 0.11%.Without a demulsifier,the oil content in the water after dehydration is difficult to reach the primary dehydration index.After the pro-duced water treatment,the oil content in the water is stable and up to standard,and the suspended sol-ids are basically up to standard.For the produced liquid of NaCl ASP flooding,the oil treatment process of"oil-gas separator+free water remover+electric dehydrator"needs to be combined with a high-ef-ficiency demulsifier,and the water treatment process of"sequential batch sedimentation+two-stage filtration"can basically meet the treatment needs.The research results can provide technical support for the popularization and application of NaCl ASP flooding.
