摘  要:M开发区地处大庆长垣南部,油田老区与外围结合处,油层条件发育差,渗透率低,回注污水指标要求较高,聚驱回注水质指标要求“5.5.2”,目前含聚污水深度处理技术主要采用物化法和生化法。随着聚驱开发规模的不断扩大,为满足开发注入水水质要求,通过全面研究不同类型聚合物物化变化,采取区域污水系统优化整合部署等措施进行现场试验,确定含聚污水处理生化工艺及物化工艺适应性均较强,但在工艺技术、生产管理、配套措施等方面需进一步完善。全面研究分析评价对下步提高聚驱注水质量明确了攻关方向,可为油田含聚污水建设提供指导意见。Block M development zone is located in the south of Daqing placanticline area,where the old area of the oilfield and the periphery meet.It is located in an oil reservoir with poor development condition and low permeability,and has a high requirement for the reinjection wastewater index.The water quality index of polymer flooding reinjection requires"5.5.2".At present,the advanced treatment technology of polymer-containing wastewater mainly adopts two methods:physicochemical method and biochemical method.With the continuous expansion of polymer flooding development scale,in order to meet the requirements of the injection water quality for development,comprehensive research on physicochemical changes of different types of polymers is made,field tests are carried out by adopt-ing measures such as optimization and integration deployment of regional sewage systems.It is deter-mined that the biochemical process and physicochemical process for the treatment of polymer-contain-ing wastewater have strong adaptability.However,they need to be further improved in terms of process technology,production management,and supporting measures.The comprehensive research,analysis and evaluation have clarified the next key direction for improving the quality of polymer flooding water injection,and provided guidance for the construction of polymer-containing wastewater in oilfields.
