摘  要:西部原油管网鲁尔ZLM IP 530/06泵导流器频繁失效。为解决导流器因焊缝开裂和叶片断裂而导致的失效,改进叶片焊接焊缝结构,增大焊缝焊角,增加叶片厚度,选用性能优异的EN10088-2材质,并开展了水力性能有限元模拟和工程应用验证。通过ANSYS (有限元分析软件)分析表明:利用力学性能优异的EN10088-2材料生产的导流器更适合西部原油管网工况;导流器叶片工作面和背面焊缝改为全满焊,工作面和背面有效焊缝长度分别增大70 mm和141 mm;焊缝焊角由3 mm增高至5 mm;导流器叶片厚度由5 mm增至6 mm。优化改进后导流器内部产生的最大应力为15.623 MPa,比原导流器下降了2.8%;模拟出的水力性能曲线与出厂时几乎无偏差;不同流量下导流器内部最大静压为3.936 MPa,流体在导流器流道内速度分布均匀、流动性良好。根据工程应用数据,导流器优化改进后,输油泵各运行监控数据均满足长周期稳定运行要求,达到了预期目标,有效解决了设备隐患。The Ruhr ZLM IP 530/06 pump deflector of the Western Crude Oil Pipeline Network frequently fails.In order to solve the failure caused by the weld crack and blade fracture of the deflector,the blade welding seam structure is improved,the weld angle is increased,the blade thickness is increased,and the material EN10088-2 with excellent application performance is selected.Then,the finite element simulation is carried out to determine hydraulic performance and engineering application verification.Finite element analysis shows that the deflector made of EN10088-2 material with excellent mechanical properties is more suitable for the Western Crude Oil Pipeline Network,the working face and back welding seam of the deflector blades are fully welded,the effective welding seam lengths are increased by 70 mm and 141 mm respectively,the weld angle of the weld is increased from 3 mm to 5mm,and the thickness of the deflector blade is increased from 5 mm to 6 mm.The maximum stress value generated inside the deflector is 15.623 MPa,which is 2.8% lower than the original deflector.The simulated hydraulic performance curve has almost no deviation from the factory default.The maximum static pressure is 3.936 MPa inside the deflector under different flow rates,and the fluid has a uniform velocity distribution and a good fluidity in the flow channel of the deflector.The engineering application data show that after the optimization and improvement of the deflector,the operation monitoring data of the oil pump meet the requirements of long-term stable operation,achieve the expected goal,and effectively solve the hidden dangers of the equipment.
