摘　　要：宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)是我国的高发疾病。IUA损伤子宫内膜功能,此病的临床特点为妊娠率低,流产率、早产率、胎盘植入率高,产后再生率低,严重损害女性孕育健康与安全。由于临床上缺乏连贯、有效地全程管理,IUA患者常陷于内膜受损与手术循环往复困局中,生育能力与生殖健康问题难以解决。全国名中医尤昭玲创新性提出多学科联合诊疗管理平台概念。平台内九大学科专家对IUA管理路径达成共识,并共同参与IUA求子患者诊疗的六大流程,以实现对特殊病种精准、高效、全程的管理,提高IUA患者生育率,减少不良妊娠风险。概述IUA求子多学科联合诊疗管理平台的构建与应用,以期为IUA求子的诊疗管理方案提供借鉴。Intrauterine adhesion(IUA)is a high-incidence disease in China.It impaires endometrial function and seriously damages the health and safety of women in pregnancy,which is clinically characterized by low rate of pregnancy,high rate of miscarriage,premature delivery and placental implantation,and low postpartum regeneration rate.Due to the lack of continuous and effective management in the whole clinic process,IUA patients are often caught in the dilemma of endometrial damage and repeated surgeries,and their fertility and reproductive problems remain difficult to be solved.Therefore,YOU Zhaoling,the National Famous TCM Practitioner,has proposed the multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment management platform,for which specialists of 9 major disciplines have reached a consensus on the management path,and have jointly participated in the 6 major processes of diagnosis and treatment for IUA patients trying to conceive.The accurate,efficient and continuous management of IUA may improve fertility rate and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy.In conclusion,this paper has summarized the construction and application of multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment management platform,hoping to provide reference for the management of IUA patients trying to conceive.
