摘　　要：针对线切割机床上装夹工件存在耗费时间长、找正定位不易操作且定位精度不高的缺点,设计了一种新型夹具,可用于线切割机床对加工工件进行快速装夹定位,能够高效、快捷、精确地完成各种外形规则及不规则待加工工件在线切割机床上的装夹定位操作,并且能够快速地找正调整至正确的加工位置上进行线切割加工。Aiming at the shortcomings of long time-consuming,difficult to operate "alignment" positioning and low positioning accuracy on the wire cutting machine tool for clamping the workpiece,this paper designs a new type of fixture,which is used for the wire cutting machine to quickly clamp the workpiece.The special fixture for positioning can efficiently,quickly and accurately complete the clamping and positioning operations on various shapes of regular and irregular workpieces to be processed on the wire cutting machine,and can quickly align and adjust them to the correct processing position.
