摘  要:水平井开发可以提高致密气等非常规气藏单井产量,但是超长水平井、细分切割压裂、体积压裂等新压裂技术增加产量的同时也大幅增加建设投资。国内外对于致密气藏水平井压裂工程参数与投资、产出、经济边界产量和经济指标等关系仍不明确,主要以理论研究为主,与生产实际结合较少。文章通过回归分析苏里格致密气水平井压裂工程参数与单井建设投资和产出的关系,建立工程参数与投资和净现值数学模型,绘制工程参数经济边界产量关系图版,并结合参数与投资、产出和经济指标关系,分析最优经济压裂工程参数。研究结果明确了水平段长度、压裂段数、改造规模是影响水平井投资和产出的主要工程因素,并依据图版估算出不同工程参数对应的经济边界产量,参考不同工程参数范围的投资、净现值、回收期、盈利指数的变化趋势以及经济敏感性,优选经济效益最佳的技术参数,为下一步致密气效益开发提供技术经济一体化决策支持。Horizontal well development can improve single well production in unconventional gas reservoirs such as tight gas, however, the new fracturing technologies such as ultra-long horizontal well, subdivision and volumetic fracturing can not only increase the production, but also greatly increase the construction investment. At home and abroad, the relationship between fracturing engineering parameters of horizontal Wells in tight gas reservoirs and investment, output, economic boundary production and economic indicators is still unclear, mainly on theoretical research and less combined with production practice. Therefore, based on the production practice, in this paper, the economics of fracturing engineering parameters of tight gas horizontal Wells in Sulige are studied and analyzed. According to the analysis of the relationship between fracturing engineering parameters of tight gas horizontal Wells in Sulige, and investment and output of single well, a mathematical model of engineering parameters, investment and net present value is established to display the relationship chart between engineering parameters and economic boundary production, and the optimal economic engineering parameters are explored based on production practice and economic indicators. The research results show that the main engineering factors affecting the investment and output of horizontal wells are the length of horizontal section, fracturing stages and reservoir stimulation scale. And according to the chart to estimate the economic boundary productions corresponding to the different engineering parameters. On the basis of the change trend and economic sensitivity of investment, NPV, payback period and PI in the range of different fracture engineering parameters, the technical parameters with the best economic benefits are optimized, providing technical and economic integration decision support for the tight gas development.
