摘 要:气井零液流量流动是积液气井中一种特殊的流动现象,准确认识零液流量流动规律对于揭示气井积液机理、判断气井积液程度、指导积液气井气举和泡排等排采工艺设计及优化至关重要,但目前缺乏相关深入全面的实验研究和理论模型。为此,文章基于所搭建可视化实验装置开展了零液流量流动实验,建立了零液流量持液率模型和气井井筒积液高度预测方法。结果表明:零液流量流动时存在泡状流、段塞流和搅动流三种流型;油管尺寸一定时,静液柱高度对持液率无影响,其值仅与气流速相关;新建零液流量流动持液率模型与实验误差为仅为3.5%,与实际气井误差为8.7%,能够准确地运用于实际积液气井压力预测。新模型及积液高度预测方法可为现场气井积液程度判断提供理论依据,为实施排采工艺的积液气井提供重要指导作用。Zero net-fluid flow is a kind of special flow phenomenon in liquid-loading gas well. Accurately understanding the behavior of zero net-fluid flow is vital to reveal the mechanism of liquid-loading and judge the severity of liquid-loading, and provide guideline to design and optimize dewatering gas production technologies such as gas lifting and foaming in liquid-loading gas wells. However, there are no comprehensive experimental and modeling studies in this area. To this end, based on the visual experimental setup, this paper conducted zero net-liquid flow experimental investigation, then established a model of zero net-fluid-flow liquid holdup rates and proposed a method to predict the height of accumulated liquid column in gas well. The results show that three flow pattern, namely, bubble flow, slug flow and churn flow were observed in zero net-fluid flow. At a constant pipe size, the height of the static liquid column has no effect on liquid holdup, which is only related to gas velocity. The proposed zero net-fluid-flow liquid holdup model has an error of 3.5% against the experimental data and 8.7% against gas well, showing a good application in pressure prediction of liquid-loading gas wells. The proposed new model and prediction method can provide theoretical basis for judging the degree of liquid-loading in gas wells and important guidance for the implementing of dewatering gas production technologies in liquid-loading gas wells.
