摘  要:随着超低渗油气藏注水开发时间的延长,受储层非均质性的影响,层间吸水差异大,造成储藏动用程度严重不均、层间矛盾突出,影响整体开发效果。常规的分层注水技术存在测调过程复杂、分注合格率下降快且不能实时监测和调节井下分层注水量等问题。采用压力波进行地面/井下双向无线通讯的智能分注技术可以在一定程度上解决上述难题,基于该技术的数字式分层注水实时监控系统由井下智能配水器、地面控制装置和数据的远程无线传输模块组成,可实现井下分层流量的自动调节及注水参数的实时监测与上传、注水井动态数据的远程无线传输与分享等。现场试验1 600余口井,分注合格率长期保持在95%以上;试验区水驱动用程度提高2%~3%,自然递减降低1%~2%,效果良好。智能分注技术的完善与推广可为储层动态分析及油田注水策略的及时调整提供必要的依据与手段。With the prolongation of water injection development time of ultra-low permeability reservoirs, affected by the heterogeneity of reservoir, the water absorption difference between layers varies greatly, leading to serious unevenly interlayer contradiction and affecting the overall development effect. Traditional layered water injection technology used to solve strong interlayer contradiction faces several problems, including complex manual measurement and regulation procedure, fast decline in water flow qualified rate, and lack of real-time monitoring and adjusting the downhole layered water injection volume. Therefore, an intelligent layered water injection technology is proposed. It is based on two-way wireless communication between surface and downhole via pressure wave. The major components of this proposed technology are downhole intelligent water distribution, surface control device and data remote wireless transmission module. It can realize multiple functions, including automatic regulation of downhole layered flow rate, real-time monitoring and uploading of water injection parameters, and remote wireless transmission and share of dynamic data of water injection well. This technology has been applied in more than 1600 wells with the qualified rate of the layered injection of above 95%. The producing degree of waterflooding was enhanced by 2% to 3%, and the natural decline rate of production was decreased by 1% to 2%. With the improvement and promotion of this new technology, a large set of data will be obtained to provide the necessary basis and solutions for reservoir dynamic analysis and adjustment of water injection strategy.
