摘　　要：缝洞型碳酸盐岩油气藏是石油增储上产的重要领域之一,常规酸压方式储集体沟通数量有限,储藏动用不充分。定点定向喷射造孔工具能够实现在碳酸盐岩储层中采用定点定向工艺,按靶点设计方位高效钻进形成孔道,准确沟通井周储集体,同时可多次作业,大大增加沟通储层的有效通道,具有明显的技术优势。文章详细介绍了定点定向喷射造孔技术原理、工具组成、作业管柱结构及工艺流程,研究了预置毛细管喷射钻进管体受力模型及钻深关键指标,开展了样机研制,地面性能试验证明,工具喷射角定向功能可靠,在硬质灰岩中酸液射流成功钻进46.3 cm,造孔孔径大于18 mm,达到了工具设计使用要求。本研究相关内容为缝洞、缝隙型碳酸盐岩油气井的储集体精确沟通,进而实现油气井增产提供新的技术思路及手段。Fractured-vuggy carbonate oil and gas reservoir is one of the important fields for increasing oil reserve and production. Conventional acidizing fracturing method has limited the reservoir stimulation and development. Using the fixed point directional jet drilling tool, operators can efficiently drill holes in carbonate reservoirs according to the design orientation of the target, accurately communicate the reservoir group around the well. The tool can be operated multiple times at the same time, greatly increase the effective channels for reservoir connection, which has obvious technical advantages. Fixed-point directional jet drilling technology is introduced in detail in this paper including the principle, tools, pipe string structure and technical process. The force model of prefabricated capillary jet drilling pipe body and key index of drill depth were studied. The prototype was developed. The performance test proved that the tool jet angle orientation function was reliable with successfully acid jet drilled 46.3 m and more than 18 mm of the drilled hole diameter in hard limestone, meeting the requirements of tool design and use. The relevant content of this study provides a new technical idea and means for accurate communication of fracture-cavity and fracture carbonate wells, and further stimulation of oil and gas wells.
