摘 要:长6油层是华庆油田主力产层,属典型的超低渗透油藏,储层物性差、开发难度大。水平井开发技术的应用,有效提高了该油藏的平均单井产量。但在实际开发过程中,很多水平井出现产量明显下降的现象。为治理这些低产水平井,文章从华庆油田长6油层储层地质特征出发,论证了油层酸化工艺的可行性,进而结合油井生产动态等因素,设计并优化了水平井油层酸化工艺。主要进行了酸液体系的优选、酸液配方的优化、酸化工艺参数的设计与优化、酸化工具与管柱组合的设计等研究工作,并在现场进行了试验应用。边应用边优化改进,实施井增产效果较好,对华庆油田长6油层水平井常规增产挖潜工艺进行了有益探索与实践,初步形成了华庆特色的水平井油层酸化工艺,为华庆油田开发与稳产提供了有力支撑。The Chang 6 reservoir is the main production layer of Huaqing oilfield, which is a typical ultra-low permeability reservoir with poor reservoir physical properties and great difficult in development. The application of horizontal well development technology has effectively increased the average single well production of the reservoir. However, in the actual development process, many horizontal wells have experienced a significant decline in production. In order to stimulate these low-yield horizontal wells, starting from the geological characteristics of the reservoir of Chang6 reservoir in Huaqing oilfield, the feasibility of the acidification process of the oil reservoir was demonstrated, and then the acidification process of the horizontal well was designed and optimized based on factors such as the production dynamics of the well. The research work of selecting the acid system, optimizing the acid formulation, designing and optimizing the acidification process parameters, and designing the acidification tools and string have been carried out, and the experimental application has been carried out in the field. The conventional stimulation and excavation process of horizontal well in Chang6 reservoir in Huaqing oilfield has been usefully explored and practiced, and the acidification process of horizontal well with Huaqing characteristics has been preliminarily formed, which provides strong support for the development and stable production of Huaqing oilfield.
