摘 要:相对于其它工艺,连续油管拖动压裂应用于浅煤层气不固井水平井有较明显的技术优势,但工具性能和压裂设计是决定工艺成功和应用效果的关键。作者基于理论研究,结合既往施工经验,有针对性地改进核心工具结构与材质,提升工具可靠性和重复使用性,同时借助压裂软件模拟不同煤层段的裂缝形态,优化压裂排量、加砂强度、铺砂浓度等参数。2020年在中海油中联煤层气公司所属沁水盆地、寿阳区域浅煤层气不固井水平用活性水加砂完成5井次32段连续油管拖动压裂,水力喷砂射孔一次成功率97%,压裂施工与设计符合率100%,工具一次入井完成全井段施工并顺利起出,获得同区块直井3~5倍稳定气产量的改造效果,改进后的核心工具性能较改进前有了本质的提高,进一步验证了活性水环空加砂压裂的可行性。CT-pulling fracturing is with rather advantageous over other fracturing technology when fracturing in non-cemented horizontal wells in shallow CBM formations. However, the tool performance and fracturing planning is the key to the success and results of the CT-pulling fracturing operations. It is introduced in this article that based on the theoretical study and fracturing experience in the past, the structure and materials of the core tools are improved to enhance the reliability and reuse performance of the tools. And the fracture patterns in different coal-beds are simulated by using fracturing software for optimizing the pumping rate, sand loads per unit length and sand distributed per unit area in the fracture. In 2020, sands were added in active water to perform CT pulling fracturing technology in 32 stages in 5 non-cemented horizontal wells in Qinshui Basin, Shouyang area of Zhonglian Coal-bed Methane Co, Ltd with one-time operation success ratio of hydraulic sand blasting perforation of 97% and coincidence rate with the planning programs of 100%. The tools finished all stage fracturing jobs in one run and were tripped out without any failure. The resultant stable gas production was 3-5 times the production of the vertical wells in the same block. The performance of the core tools is fundamentally improved, and the feasibility of annulus sand fracturing with active water is further verified.
