摘 要:为解决油气井已经定位深度的中途井液密度发生变化的油管传输射孔,文章分析了此类情况的射孔深度。通过理论计算表明,大变量液柱、大变量密度改变以及井口起爆压力变化均会给管柱的射孔深度产生影响。为使油管传输射孔准确瞄准射孔层位,常用磁性定位伽马组合仪测量出定位短节深度,计算出管柱的调整距,调整射孔对准层位。施工现场存在校深定位完毕,射孔枪对准射孔层位后中途井液密度发生变化,需实施两次定位深度,验证井液变化前后的射孔深度准确性。为准确地把握井液密度变化及井口加压值对定位深度的影响,以XX11井油管传输射孔为例现场实施二次校深验证定位深度,发现射孔液密度变化前后的实际定位深度差值与理论计算数据均在允许误差范围内,表明该理论计算可以为各种射孔施工的射孔深度准确性提供借鉴指导。In order to solve the problem of TCP perforation with positioned depth but the well fluid density changed in the middle way, this paper analyzes the perforation depth of such cases. Theoretical calculations show that large variable liquid column, large variable density change and wellhead detonation pressure change will all have an impact on the perforation depth of the pipe string. The TCP perforation is accurately aimed at the perforation reservoir position, and CCL-GR combination instrument is commonly used to measure the depth of the positioning sub, calculate the adjustment distance of the pipe string, and adjust the perforation gun to align the reservoir position. After the depth calibration and positioning on the well site is completed, the density of the well fluid changes midway after the perforation gun is aligned with the perforation horizon, and the depth of positioning is carried out twice to verify the accuracy of the perforation depth before and after the change of the well fluid. In order to accurately understand the influence of well fluid density change and the wellhead pressure value on the positioning depth, in the case of the TCP perforation in Well XX11 the second depth calibration was carried out on site to verify the positioning depth, and it was found that the difference between the actual positioning depth before and after the change of the perforating fluid density and the theoretical calculation data were within the allowable error range. It can be seen that the theoretical calculation can provide reference guidance for the accuracy of perforation depth in various perforation construction.
