摘　　要：目的:分析罂粟碱辅助治疗对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:选择中山陈星海医院于2021年3月至2021年9月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者160例,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组(80例/组)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在其基础上给予罂粟碱注射治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者TNF-α、CRP、IL-6的水平相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6的水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的腹胀痛缓解时间、首次排气、排便时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的免疫功能水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上增加罂粟碱进行治疗,对改善重症急性胰腺炎患者TNF-α、CRP、IL-6等因子的表达水平具有重要作用,可以在临床上推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of papaverine adjuvant therapy on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 160 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Zhongshan Chen Xinghai Hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method(80 cases/group).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with papaverine injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal distension pain relief time,first exhaust,defecation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,papaverine has an important role in improving the expression levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-6 and other factors in patients with severe acut e pancreatitis,which can be popularized in clinical applicatio n.
