摘　　要：血蓝蛋白又称为血蓝素,是某些软体动物和节肢动物的血淋巴中存在的一种游离的蓝色呼吸色素。研究发现,血蓝蛋白具有多种生理生化功能和开发价值。对血蓝蛋白的分布、结构特点、生理生化功能进行归纳总结,以便为血蓝蛋白的深入开发与利用提供借鉴和支持。Hemocyanin, also known as haemocyanin, is a kind of free blue respiratory pigment present in hemolymph of some mollusks and arthropods.It has been found that Hemocyanin has many physiological and biochemical functions and development value.In this paper, the distribution, structural characteristics, physiological and biochemical functions, as well as research and application status of Hemocyanin were summarized, in order to provide reference and support for further development and utilization of Hemocyanin.
