摘　　要：文章首先对“十三五”期间出版行业、馆配行业以及部分高校图书馆的中文图书采购数据进行了收集,然后结合北京师范大学图书馆“十三五”期间中文图书采购工作的实践,从经费、订购品种数量、平均定价与复本等方面,对中文图书采购工作面临的挑战进行了分析,最后,从行业环境、业界技术发展和读者需求变化的视角,挖掘这些挑战所带来的机遇,对“十四五”期间高校图书馆中文图书采购工作的变革与发展进行了展望。文章认为,“十四五”期间中文图书采购政策的发展要以“提质增效”为目标,从而推动馆藏建设的高质量发展;采购流程方面,智能化采购平台将通过智能数据采集技术提高采选人员的工作效率,优化采选流程;采购模式方面,电子书平台的快速发展将会大力推动图书馆“纸电相融”采购模式的实施。This paper first collects the data of Chinese books acquisition in publishing industry, library supply industry and some academic libraries. Second, combining with the practice of Beijing Normal University Library during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, this paper analyzes the challenges of Chinese books acquisition from the aspects of funding, order quantity, price fixing and copies. Finally, from the perspective of the change of industrial environment, technology development and user needs, this paper tries to find out opportunities that come with these challenges and examines the future revolution and development of Chinese books acquisition in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period. We believe that during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, the development of acquisition policies should aim at improving collection quality and user satisfaction in order to promote the high-quality development of collection building. Regarding the acquisition process, intelligent acquisition platforms will improve the work efficiency of acquisition librarians and optimize their acquisition process. In terms of the acquisition mode, the rapid development of e-book platforms will promote the integration of print books and e-books acquisition.
