摘　　要：在国家“双一流”建设的号召下,高校图书馆越来越深入科研管理的各个环节,科研支持力也成为新时期高校图书馆资源建设的重要衡量标准之一。文章从用户需求保障、用户使用程度和用户科研产出三个方面构建高校图书馆资源建设评价体系框架,并设计定量化的评价指标,以南京大学外文电子期刊为例,进行绩效评估实践研究。通过以上指标构建与实证检验的方式提出合理的研究路径,以期为高校图书馆资源建设提供评估和决策支持。As academic libraries are increasingly engaged in scientific management, in response to the call of "double first-class" construction, scientific research support becomes an important measure of the library resource construction in the new era. This paper constructs a framework for the evaluation system of academic library resource construction from three aspects: 1) user demand guarantee, 2) user use degree, 3) user scientific research output. This paper also designs quantitative evaluation indicators. Taking the electronic journals in foreign languages in Nanjing University as an example, it studies the practice of performance evaluation. It proposes proper research paths through designing indicators and empirical evidence, aiming to provide supports for evaluation and decision-making in academic library resource construction.
