摘　　要：文章对16所国内外一流大学图书馆进行调研,从特色资源服务、学科服务、空间服务、用户教育、教参(课程)服务、其他服务等6个方面进行描述与分析,提出国内一流大学图书馆立足根本、打造特色,更好地服务于学校教学、科研与学科建设,需要处理好三个方面的关系:顶层设计与服务布局的关系、传承与创新的关系、人与物的关系。This paper investigates 16 top university libraries at home and abroad, describes and analyzes their special services from six aspects: special resource services, subject services, space services, user educations, instruction reference services, and other services. It is proposed that creating a unique style should be based on the fundamentals. In order to better serve teaching, scientific research, and academic discipline construction, three types of relationship need to be dealt with: the relationship between superstructure design and service layout, the relationship between inheritance and innovation, and the relationship between people and things.
