摘 要:历时经年的海南蔚文书院学田纠纷案动态地呈现出清代书院学田管理与收益分配的复杂状况。清代蔚文书院在继承明代玉阳书院部分学田产业的同时,也延续了绅管学田制度的一系列矛盾,从而导致了学田管理主导权由“绅”到“官”的转移。“绅管”与“官管”皆留下了一定隐患,官绅之间对书院学田功能的不同认知,更使矛盾日益凸显。学田诉争的重要参与者林邦辉编纂的《蔚文书院志》虽然提供了与学田纠纷相关的客观材料,但同时也处处体现出编撰者建构其利益合理性的主观诉求,实有争取话语权力,巩固绅士权益的思虑所在。The dispute over the school farm of Weiwen Academy in Hainan Province which lasted for several years presented the complex situation of the management and income distribution of the school farms in Qing Dynasty. Weiwen Academy in Qing Dynasty not only inherited a part of the school farm from Yuyang Academy, but also took over the conflicts of the gentries’ management of the school farm, which led to the later transfer of the management right from gentries to officials. Both "gentry management" and "official management" had certain risks, and the contradiction between the officials and the gentries had intensified the conflicts. The Records of Weiwen Academy compiled by Lin Banghui, an important participant in the school farm dispute, provides objective materials about the dispute. However, the record also reflects the compiler’s subjective appeal for the construction of the rationality of his interest. Therefore, the record was actually striving for the right to speak for the gentries and the interest of the gentries.
