摘　　要：为了解决标准制定周期长、效率低以及标准数量多、检索困难等问题,首先提出构建标准知识图谱,从标准文档数据解析、标准知识模式定义、标准知识结构化和标准知识存储4个步骤进行描述。其次基于标准知识图谱实体与结构信息,提出标准知识图谱推荐算法,通过查询关键词识别、节点影响力计算、推荐相似度计算、推荐结果排序4步实现推荐算法流程,协助标准文档的快速制定。In order to solve the problems of long standard formulation cycle,low efficiency as well as large number of standards and difficulty in retrieval,the whole process of standard knowledge mapping construction is firstly elaborated in this paper,and described in 4 steps including standard document data parsing,standard knowledge pattern definition,standard knowledge structuring and standard knowledge storage.Secondly based on standard knowledge graph entity and structure information,the standard knowledge graph recommendation algorithm is proposed,and the recommendation algorithm process is realized through 4 steps including query keyword identification,node influence calculation,recommendation similarity calculation,and recommendation result ranking,so as to assist the rapid formulation of standard documents.
