两节段腰椎间盘突出症自发吸收、回缩:1例报道和文献回顾

摘　　要：两节段突出的腰椎间盘自发吸收或回缩在临床上鲜有报道。本病例中,患者主诉"腰痛伴左下肢疼痛麻木5月余",结合影像学和临床表征诊断为"腰椎间盘突出症(L_(4-5),L_(5)-S_(1))"。经药物对症治疗8个月后,L_(4-5)椎间盘出现自发回缩,L_(5)~S_(1)椎间盘出现自发吸收。Spontaneous absorption or retraction of two-level protrusion in lumbar intervertebral discs is rarely reported.The patient complained low back pain with numbness of left lower limb for more than 5 months,and was diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation at L_(4-5)and L_(5)-S_(1)according to the imaging and clinical features.After eight months medical treatment,lumbar disc herniation at L_(4-5)was spontaneous retraction,and lumbar disc herniation at L_(5)-S_(1)was spontaneous absorption.
