摘　　要：功能性肛门直肠痛(FAP)属于功能性胃肠疾病,包含肛提肌综合征、非特异性肛门痛和痉挛性肛门痛,具有病程长、症状易反复、易并发心理障碍的特点,严重影响患者生活质量。本文综述FAP的诊断标准以及临床有效的治疗办法,包括生物反馈、神经阻滞、骶神经电刺激等西医疗法和针灸、中药等中医疗法,以及心理干预疗法。通过分析近年中外报道的治疗案例得出结论,FAP患者需要长期或多次的综合治疗。Functional anorectal pain(FAP)is a functional gastrointestinal disease,including levator ani syndrome,non-specific anorectal pain and spastic anorectal pain.It is a long course disease with easily repeated symptoms and complicated with psychological disorders,that seriously affecting the quality of patients life.This paper reviews the effective clinical treatment,including western medicine as biofeedback,nerve block and sacral nerve electrical stimulation,and traditional Chinese medicine as acupuncture and Chinese medicine and psychological intervention.By analyzing the literatures reported in recent years,it is concluded that patients with FAP need long-term multiple comprehensive treatments.
