摘 要:以我国林业经济高质量发展和森林生态文明建设为背景,从森林经济效益、生态环境效益、科技驱动效益三方面着手构建森林生态与科技评价指标体系,运用熵权法测算各指标权重和综合得分,并依次结合时间趋势外推法、年平均增长率推算法、平均值推算法、德尔菲法来推算2020年的实现程度。研究发现:我国森林生态与科技效益逐年提高,符合生态文明整体发展趋势。在生态文明视角下,要想达到2020年实现程度,部分指标有待进一步强化,尤其是在林业就业水平、科技投入、生态旅游方面,更需要加大建设力度。This paper takes the high-quality development of China’s forestry economy and the construction of forest ecological civilization as the background. From the three aspects of forest economic benefits, ecological environmental benefits, and technology-driven ben-efits, a forest ecological and scientific evaluation index system will be established. Calculating the weights and comprehensive scores of each index by using the entropy weight method, combined with the time trend extrapolation method, the annual average growth rate calcu-lation method, the average value algorithm, and the Delphi method, and the degree of realization in 2020 is estimated. The research results show that the current forest ecological and scientific and technological benefits in China are increasing year by year, in line with the over-all development trend of ecological civilization. However, in the perspective of ecological civilization, in order to achieve the degree of re-alization in 2020, some indicators need to be further realized. Especially in the forestry employment level, science and technology investment, and eco-tourism, it is necessary to increase construction efforts.
