摘  要:随着全预制装配技术在城市桥梁工程中的逐步推广应用,城市桥梁的建设效率、质量得到全面提升,但同时以灌浆套筒为主的装配式桥梁干接法连接接头的安全性和可靠性成为关注的焦点。如何通过一定的无损检测手段实现灌浆套筒连接的有效检测成为技术研究的关键。为此,在不损伤预制构件原有结构形式且不影响结构使用性能的前提下,研究依据灌浆套筒的内部构造,结合已有的检测技术和设备,以钢丝拉拔和超声成像技术为重点,探讨利用物理黏结力、声场分布等物理参数表征桥梁套筒的灌浆饱满度,从而提出了一套适用于装配式桥梁结构灌浆套筒的无损检测技术。With the gradual promotion&application of full prefabricated assembly technology in urban bridge engineering,the construction efficiency&quality of urban bridges have been comprehensively improved,but at the same time,the safety&reliability of dry connection joints of prefabricated bridges mainly with grouting sleeves have become the focus of attention.How to realize the effective detection of grouting sleeve connection through certain nondestructive testing means has become the key of technical research.Therefore,on the premise of no damaging the original structural form of prefabricated members&no affecting the service performance of the structure,the research is based on the internal structure of the grouting sleeve,combined with the existing detection technology&equipment,focusing on wire drawing&ultrasonic imaging technology,to explore the use of physical parameters such as physical bonding force&sound field distribution to characterize the grouting plumpness of the bridge sleeve.And then,a set of nondestructive testing technology suitable for prefabricated bridge structure grouting sleeve is proposed.
