摘  要:针对角接触球轴承内外圈同时发生故障情况下故障大小难以评估的问题,本文提出了一种评估角接触球轴承内外圈复合故障尺寸的方法。建立了角接触球轴承内外圈复合故障的动力学模型,获得了复合故障振动信号对复合故障信号进行分解与重构,得到与复合故障对应的单点故障信号。基于单点故障信号,研究了故障尺寸与振动信号统计特征(均方根、峭度和电平通过率)之间的关系,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:相比均方根和峭度,电平通过率与故障尺寸之间存在较强的线性关系,最小R^(2)为0.991 3,可以用来评估轴承复合故障尺寸的变化。When the inner and outer rings of angular contact ball bearings have fault fail at the same time,the size of the fault is difficult to evaluate.In view of this problem,a method for evaluating the size of compound faults on the inner and outer races of angular contact ball bearing was proposed.A dynamic model for compound faults on the inner and outer rings of angular contact ball bearing was established, and the signal of the vibration of compound faults on the inner and outer rings were obtained. The compound fault signals were decomposed and reconstructed,and the single point fault signal corresponding to the compound faults was obtained. Based on the single point fault signal,the relationship between the defect size and the statistical characteristics( root mean square,kurtosis and level crossing rate) of the vibration signal were studied and verified by experiments.The results show that compared with root mean square and kurtosis,there is a strong linear relationship between level pass rate and defect size,and the minimumR^(2) is 0.991 3,which can be used to evaluate the compound fault size.
