摘 要:针对传统吸收制冷机组存在溶液发生率偏低的问题,搭建了一套超声波强化发生器内溶液发生过程实验装置,对超声强化溴化锂水溶液发生过程性能进行实验研究。实验结果表明:较低热流密度下超声,强化发生过程更明显,双超声振子较单超声振子具有更好强化溶液发生过程。基于超声作用的发生压力分别为4.15 kPa、5.02 kPa和6.18 kPa时的系统发生率较无超声作用时,分别提高了5.69%、6.15%和6.62%。尽管系统发生率随着发生压力的升高而降低,但超声作用下系统发生率较无超声作用时的提升效果随发生压力的升高而增大。溶液初始质量分数49.57%,超声频率25 kHz,超声功率90 W,冷却水流量400 L/h时,产生相同量冷凝水,超声强化溶液传热热源温度可降低2.0℃左右。在低能耗下超声强化溶液发生过程对降低热源温度具有明显作用。Aiming at the problem of low generation rate of solution in traditional absorption refrigerating system,a set of test bench for the investigation on ultrasonic-enhanced generation process of lithium bromide aqueous solution in the generator was built,and the experimental research on the performance of generation process of lithium bromide aqueous solution enhanced by ultrasound was carried out.The experimental results indicate that the effect of ultrasonic enhancement on the generation process of lithium bromide aqueous solution is more obvious at lower heat flux. And the double ultrasonic oscillator has a better enhancement effect on the generation process for the solution than the single ultrasonic oscillator.The generation rates for the cases with ultrasonic effect are increased by 5.69%,6.15% and 6.62% when the generation pressures are 4.15 kPa,5.02kPa and 6.18 kPa,respectively,compared with those without ultrasound.Although the generation rate decreases with the increase of the generation pressure,the boost effect of the generation rate under ultrasound effect rises with the increase of the generation pressure compared with the case without ultrasound.For the specific cooling water flow rate of 400 L/h and the same amount of condensate production,the temperature of the heat source for the ultrasonic-enhanced solution is reduced by about 2.0 ℃ when the initial mass fraction of the solution is49.57% and the ultrasonic frequency is 25 kHz and the ultrasonic power is 90 W.The ultrasonic enhancement for the generation process of the solution has a significant effect on reducing the temperature of the heat source under the condition of lower energy consumption.
