摘　　要：CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞是人体免疫系统中重要的免疫细胞之一,主要分为Th1、Th2、Th17、滤泡辅助T细胞(T f ollicular helper cells,Tfh)及调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)。CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞功能取决于T细胞受体(T cell receptor,TCR),TCR的激活触发了内质网释放Ca,Ca作为细胞的第二信使,通过改变其在细胞内外的浓度来参与细胞周期进展和增殖等多个生物活动过程,以维持免疫细胞的正常功能。CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞与脂肪肝、肝脂沉积、肝炎、肿瘤等多种疾病的发生发展有关。因此,本文就细胞内Ca对CD4^(+)T细胞免疫功能调控作用的研究进展作一综述,以期为某些疾病新临床治疗方案的研发提供参考。CD4T lymphocytes,mainly including Th1,Th2,Th17,follicular helper T cells(Tfh)and regulatory T cells(Tregs),are important immune cells in human immune system,of which the function depends on T cell receptor(TCR).The activation of TCR triggers the release of calcium ion from endoplasmic reticulum.As the second messenger of cells,calcium ion participates in various biological processes such as cell cycle progression and proliferation by changing its intracellular and extracellular concentrations to maintain the normal function of immune cells.CD4T lymphocytes are associated with the occurrence and development of various diseases such as fatty liver,liver lipid deposition,hepatitis and tumor.Therefore,this article reviews the progress in research on regulatory effect of intracellular calcium ion on immune function of CD4T cells in order to provide a reference for the development of new protocols for therapies of a certain diseases in clinic.
