摘  要:肠道是人体消化系统中重要的组成部分,也是人体中微生物群最集中的部位,肠道菌群对肠道功能至关重要。肠道菌群与人体之间保持着动态平衡,若肠道菌群失调,人体会发生腹泻、便秘等疾病。肠道损伤是各种应激因素导致的肠道结构损伤和功能紊乱,在生活中普遍存在。间充质干细胞是一种多能干细胞,可进行自我更新和多向分化,分为骨髓间充质干细胞、人脐血带间充质干细胞和脂肪间充质干细胞,具有免疫调节作用,可作为肠道损伤的新型治疗手段。本文就间充质干细胞对肠道损伤及其修复过程中肠道菌群的影响作一综述。Intestine is an important part of human digestive system,and is also the part with the most concentrated microbiota which is crucial to intestinal function.There is a dynamic balance between intestinal microbiota and the body,while the disorder of intestinal microbiota may cause diarrhea,constipation and other diseases.Intestinal damage is structural damage and functional disorder of intestine caused by various stress factors,which is common in life.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are multipotent stem cells with the ability of self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation,including bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells and adipose mesenchymal stem cells,which have immunoregulation effect and may be used as a new tool for treatment of intestinal damage.Therefore,this article reviews the effects of mesenchymal stem cells on intestinal microbiota during intestinal damage and repair.
