高周疲劳S-N曲线测试置信度计算程序的设计

摘　　要：借助Python语言对高周疲劳S-N曲线测试中成组实验法和升降法的置信度计算过程进行程序设计,与要求置信度90%或95%做对比,得到是否需要继续试验及预估后续所需试样根数,减轻检测人员的工作量,提升检测效率。With the help of Python language,the confidence calculation process of group experiment methods and lifting method in the high cycle fatigue S-N curve test was programmed.Compared with the required confidence level of 90%or 95%,it was obtained whether to continue the test and estimate the number of samples needed subsequently,reducing the workload of inspectors and improving the detection efficiency.
