摘  要:本文以力士乐4WEH-16H型三位四通“O”型电液换向阀为例建立了元件AMESim仿真模型,通过合理设定阀各物理参数,仿真测试得到了各油口的压力-流量特性曲线,仿真结果与样本曲线基本一致。进一步对阀的关键参数遮盖量进行优化分析,得到不同遮盖量下工作油口的压力-流量特性曲线。所得结论为电液换向阀的结构优化有一定的参考价值。In this paper,rexroth 4WEH-16H three-position four-way“O”type electro-hydraulic directional valve is taken as an example to establish the component AMESim simulation model.By reasonably setting the physical parameters of the valve,the pressure-flow characteristic curves of each oil port are obtained by simulation test,and the simulation results are basically consistent with the sample curve.Furthermore,the key parameters of the cover of the valve were optimized and analyzed,and the pressure-flow characteristic curves of the working oil port under different cover were obtained.The conclusion is valuable for the structure optimization of electro-hydraulic directional valve.
