摘 要:研究了超高速纺丝、交络复合制成复合纤维的工艺技术路线,探讨了螺杆温度、纺丝熔体温度、侧吹风速度及温度、拉伸交络复合工艺对超高速纺涤/锦交络复合纤维结构性能的影响。制成的超高速纺涤/锦交络复合纤维具有较好的纤维群微细交络形态结构和潜在三维卷缩弹性等优良性能。The technological route of Ultra-high speed spinning and cross complexation was studied. The effects of processing parameters such as screw temperature, spinning melt temperature, cooling side air velocity and side air temperature, tensile crosslinking composite technology on the structure and properties of ultra-high speed spinning polyester/polyamide composite fiber were investigated. The ultra-high speed spinning polyester/polyamide composite fiber has excellent properties such as better structure of fiber group and potential three-dimensional crimp elasticity.
