摘 要:选用海砂和金属砂作为纺丝组件滤材,通过比较两种滤材在生产中的使用情况,验证两种滤材对聚酰胺66工业丝可纺性及物理性能影响。试验结果表明,与海砂作为组件滤材相比,金属砂作为组件滤材有效提高了产品品质,日均废丝率减少0.7%,断丝次数日均每锭减少2次,金属砂作为纺丝组件滤材对改善聚酰胺66工业丝的可纺性起到明显效果。Sea sand and metal sand were selected as the filter materials of spinning pack. By comparing the use of the two filter materials in production, the effects of the two filter materials on the spinnability and physical properties of polyamide 66 industrial filaments were verified. The test results show that compared with sea sand as the filter material of the pack, metal sand as the filter material of the pack can effectively improve the product quality and reduce the daily waste filament rate by 0.7%, and the number of broken filaments are reduced by 2 times per spindle per day. The metal sand as filter material of the spinning pack has obvious effect on improving the spinnability of polyamide 66 industrial filaments.
