环氧丙烷封端脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的除油应用

摘　　要：环氧丙烷(PO)封端脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)具有泡沫低、分散性能好的特点。以PO封端FMEE为主体成分,通过复配溶剂乙二醇叔丁醚、乳化剂1306、渗透剂伯烷基磺酸钠,PO封端FMEE、乙二醇叔丁醚、乳化剂1306、伯烷基磺酸钠的质量比为3∶1∶1∶1,获得乳化、分散、防反沾三种性能均衡的氨纶织物用除油剂,该除油剂对合成机油和二甲基硅油都有很好的清洗能力,除油后防反沾效果显著。The fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(FMEE) end-capped with propylene oxide(PO) has the lowfoaming ability and good dispersibility. The FMEE end-capped with PO was used as the main component,which compounds with ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, emulsifier 1306 and primary-alkyl sulfonate, the mass ratio of FMEE end-capped with PO, ethylene glycol tert-butyl ether, emulsifier 1306 and primary-alkyl sulfonate is 3∶1∶1∶1, a kind of de-oiling agent for Spandex fabric was made with the property of emulsion, dispersion and the anti-staining ability. The de-oiling agent has good cleaning ability to synthetic motor oil and dimethyl silicone oil.
