地方应用型本科高校毕业班课堂教学管理路径探析——以铜陵学院外国语学院为例

摘  要:高校毕业班课堂教学管理是事关建设毕业班优良学风,提升人才培养质量的重要问题。长期以来,地方应用型本科高校毕业班课堂教学管理一直是难题。一方面,教育部明文规定,毕业生必须认真学习,完成课程学习任务。但另一方面,由于升学和就业的压力,部分毕业生第七学期上课意愿不高。文章对这一难题产生的原因进行了分析,认为主要在于地方应用型本科高校毕业生就业空间被挤压、毕业生面临升学和就业的双重压力、部分任课教师和学生对待课堂学习的态度存在偏差、部分毕业班课堂教学效果差无法吸引学生等四个方面。通过铜陵学院外国语学院毕业班课堂教学管理的实践,建议从思想教育先行,引导学生愿意上课;努力打造“金课”,让课堂留得住学生;夯实制度建设,严格管理出成效;“严管”“厚爱”结合,狠抓人才培养质量等方面着手,对地方应用型本科高校毕业班课堂教学管理进行路径探索。The classroom teaching management of graduating classes in universities is an important issue concerning the construction of excellent study atmosphere and the improvement of talent training quality.For a long time,the classroom teaching management of the graduating class in local application-oriented universities has been a difficult problem.On the one hand,the Ministry of Education clearly stipulates that graduates must study hard and complete the learning tasks.However,on the other hand,due to the pressure of further education and employment,some graduates are not willing to attend classes in the seventh semester.Four causes of this problem are mainly analyzed in this thesis:the employment space for graduates from local application-oriented universities is being squeezed;the dual pressure of further education and getting a job is increased;the attitudes towards classroom learning differs between some teachers and students and the poor performance of classroom teaching in some graduating classes fails to attract students.Through the practice of classroom teaching management in the graduating class of school of Foreign Languages in Tongling University,the thesis suggests that ideological education should be given priority and students should be guided to attend classes;high-quality classes need to be set up to attract graduates;systematic construction should be solidly tamped because strict management can be effective;strict management and kind care should be combined to develop the quality of talents,making a further explortion about the classroom teaching management of the graduating class in local application-oriented universities.
